Queen of
the Void by Tabi is a crossover fanfic between Magic: The Gathering and The Familiar of Zero.
Starting with Louise successfully casting the summoning ritual, they are surprised to discover that she has summoned a large egg. A week later, after being accused by Montmorency of stealing some of her perfume, the egg hatches, revealing a creature never before seen on Halkeginia: A Baby Sliver Queen.
May be a Dead Fic. It hasn't been updated since 2013.
Note: Not to be confused with the crossover fanfic also titled Queen of the Void, where Louise summons an entire Xenomorph hive as her familiars.
