Topside of the Carrey

The topside is a mess. There isn't more than a meter's worth of undented or undamaged metal or wood to be seen in any one place. Anything not dented by intense water pressure is slashed, anything not slashed is melted, anything not melted is just generally in pieces.

In the middle of the scene, beaming proudly as she approaches the new arrivals, is a teenage girl wearing a fur-like cost resembling a Zangoose.

Fuka: Hey, Lucy and Goosey are tuckered out after all that exercise, so they'll need to rest a bit. But Gyari is still raring to go if we need some cover water!

-Ivan looks down at his ceremonial Christmas... pajamas.-

Pokédex: Turtwig, The Tiny Leaf Pokémon. A Grass type. One of the three starter Pokémon of the Sinnoh Region, it undertakes photosynthesis with its body, making oxygen. The leaf on its head wilts if it is thirsty. Made from soil, the shell on its back hardens when it drinks water.

Popplio, The Sea Lion Pokémon. A Water type. One of the three starter Pokémon of the Alola Region, this Pokémon can control water bubbles. It practices diligently so it can learn to make big bubbles. The balloons it inflates with its nose grow larger and larger as it practices day by day.

Sentret, The Scout Pokémon. A Normal type. When Sentret sleeps, it does so while another stands guard. The sentry wakes the others at the first sign of danger. When this Pokémon becomes separated from its pack, it becomes incapable of sleep due to fear. It stands on its tail so it can see a long way. If it spots an enemy, it cries loudly to warn its kind.

Wooper, The Water Fish Pokémon. A Water and Ground type. It lives in cold water, half burying itself in mud at the bottom to sleep. Wooper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. On land, they coat their bodies with a gooey, toxic film.

Chinchou, The Angler Pokémon. A Water and Electric type. It shoots positive and negative electricity between the tips of its two antennae and zaps its enemies. This Pokémon flashes its electric lights to exchange signals with others.

Gligar, The Fly Scorpion Pokémon. A Ground and Flying type. It glides using the membrane attached to its arms and legs, and attacks the face of its prey with its claws. It builds its nest on a steep cliff. When it is done gliding, it hops along the ground back to its nest.

-So here's the thing about the strange creatures that Asher brought to the fight: They are Steel-type, they are small and almost all of them have the pitiful health pool of 1HP or 2HP. So naturally when a Max move with Ao E hits the domes of Aron and Myr a majority of the domes just... Dissolve. The Aron faint and the Myr dissipate into raw mana and shiny silver skull-shaped lumps. The Juggernauts fare better due to their beefier stats... Until the Myr start vanishing at which case they both start shrinking down and providing less coverage (but still stand. Darksteel is indestructible)-

Asher: No no no...

-She fishes in her bag for something more to bring out but only finds a mass of gears-

Asher: Grindclock. Useless?

-The one thing that can stop Pent's endless beam spam happens, he's sent sprawling from the hit and after carving a bit of a rut into the floor the Gasters splutter out-

-She sees the look in their eyes and sighs before reverting to her true form, eliciting a few gasps from the audience. After a moment to show that she is real, she returns to the form that allows her to speak clearer to these mortals-

Meloetta: The sky is whole once more, the world is for a moment at peace. I wish to bring a season of reverie through the means I have, to make this moment of peace last as long as I can cling to it. Which is why, I am announcing a competition.

-There's some mild confusion, people conflicting other stories of gold tickets and latching onto the vague wording. Eventually someone chimes up-
