Honestly... Robo Aichi probably wouldn't have much of a reaction. Any reactions he would have would depend on whether or not he's programmed with the knowledge that Omega isn't on Eggman's side.
If he's aware of Omega's antagonism against Eggman he'd probably fight him (or something? I mean I don't know what one of Eggman's robots would do...).
If he's not... Just keep walking past trying to conquer in the name of the Eggman Empire (or gathering more people to roboticize).
Really, this was an excellent time for me to have the Robo Aichi avatar. Seriously this entire thing is a result of the idea of him potentially being roboticized by Eggman and it's just amazing I could have him respond to something shockingly relevant.
...I know that the idea of that sounds random as heck, but still... Roleplaying brings up interesting possibilities.
