Not Actually Indie
Honestly, I didn't like this comic very much to start with. It felt like it was riding on gratuitous fanservice and little else. But I think it's improved a lot since the beginning, and now I find it pretty consistently entertaining. At the beginning, it was mainly a fanservice comic, with inexpertly attempted humorous elements. Lately though, it's a pretty well done sex comedy. A friend I introduced it to had the same impression.

I find it very annoying, given how stupidly it was set up, that that is the most interesting relationship right now.

I tend to read (but not contribute to) the Ménage à Trois forum
after each update, and I'm vaguely disturbed because I see nothing but sympathy for Yuki there. I absolutely hate her - she acts very aggressively whenever she has a problem with anything, but never musters up the courage to actually tell the people involved what her problem is. I've known a few people like that in Real Life, and they can be extremely annoying.
So, what are everyone's thoughts on Yuki here?

Yes, all right, MST3K Mantra and all, but it's still possible to love or hate a certain character. Also, I wouldn't really consider Ménage à Trois a "gag-per-day" webcomic, as it does have plot lines.

It surelly have plot lines. But each new strip end with punch line. Maybe the "Gag Per Day" wasn't a good term, but Menage A 3 is not a particularly serious Web Comic.
And Yuki is better then Zii or Matt, anyway. She has all flaws you pointed, but is not malicious. She is never trying to do anyone harm and is generally apologetic if she does some. I find her more sympatheticable then hateable.
I used to not like Yuki because she was Zii's jerk friend. But she has been trying to get better, which is helping.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.

I agree, Yuki wasn't particularly interesting at the beginning. She was mostly there to deliver a swift kick to a male groin gag when needed but as of late she's been growing some actual personality and developing into more as a character so for now she's alright by me.

I have never liked what's-her-face more than I do now, for acting like a normal person instead of assuming Yuki meant the boyfriend part.

Indeed, it caused quite a commotion and I was right there, humming the theme song of MST 3 K. I was(and indeed, continue to be) fine with it, but a lot of people weren't.
