Broken Base: You're either on Blossom's side and you see her as a Designated Villain because she had just wanted to give Professor Utonium a Father's Day gift and felt bad about it, or you see it as well deserved because she blamed the Professor for giving her the idea to steal the golf clubs in the first place and tried to frame Mojo Jojo for her crime.
Jerkass Woobie: Mojo Jojo, who was just building a ship in a bottle in honor of his deceased father, ends up nearly being framed for stealing some golf clubs by Blossom just so the latter can get out of trouble.
Blossom as well. Even though she stole the golf clubs, and lied twice, with the second time being when she tried to (terribly) pin it on Mojo Jojo (reducing her action as just buying it from Mojo Jojo), she still wanted to do something nice for her father, who at the time, was practically infatuated with having them.
What hurts more even more than the punishment given to her are her sisters' rather unforgiving glares, even to the point of them leaving her alone in the ending card while she looks on sadly before the prison bars slam in front of her. Even more bitter when you remember how she treated Buttercup and Bubbles with forgiveness and understanding for their mistakes.
The Woobie: Professor Utonium. he ends up going to jail because of something his daughter did, and then ends up being forced to watch his kids get into a fight, on Father's Day too! All because he put too much value in some silly golf clubs instead of his children. To top it off, one of his daughters ends up being arrested and is sentenced to several weeks' worth of community service.
