- Awesome Music: One of John Williams' less regarded soundtracks (which still earned an Oscar nomination), but it has a romantic fairy tale quality. It also has Michael Dees performing the Academy Award-nominated "Moonlight" and "How Can I Remember", with Sting covering the former during the end credits.
- Heartwarming Moments: After Papa Wolf tells Linus that he doesn't deserve Sabrina:Linus: I know. But I need her.
(Cue Fairchild getting Linus out of a bumper to bumper traffic jam to get him to the helicopter to get him to the airport in time to beat Sabrina to Paris.) - Hollywood Homely: Sabrina at the beginning of the film. Long hair and glasses are apparently enough to make Julia Ormond plain. Of course, the film revolves around Sabrina's self-image, and the fact David has always thought of her as Like Brother and Sister.
- More Popular Replacement: Harrison Ford received a lot of praise for his performance as Linus Larabee, unlike Humphrey Bogart, who sparked debates over whether or not Paramount miscast him.
- Retroactive Recognition: Paul Giamatti has a bit role as one of the Larrabee's servants.
- Tear Jerker:Sabrina: My father once asked David why he stopped coming to the office and David said, "What do they need me for? Linus is there."
