YMMV / Maggie & Bianca: Fashion Friends

• Adorkable: Maggie, the cute, eccentric girl who always tries to be optimistic, and is proud of her "weirdness".
• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: Many of Maggie and Bianca's songs make sense when their band is important in the story. However, in later episodes there are quite a few musical numbers, with the rest of the cast and even the extras dancing with the titular duo, and they have no relevance to the plot.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: The CoolGhost members, likely because of their punk-rock style. They get a much bigger role in season 2.
• Jerkass Woobie:
  • Bianca acts like a conceited Spoiled Brat, but is actually a Lonely Rich Kid whose mother recently died, while her father is forcing her to attend the Fashion Academy, even though Bianca has no interest in it. She really loves singing but hides it from everyone (initially) because her father thinks music is a waste of time.
  • Nausica is the Alpha Bitch who hates everyone and desperately tries to be the best, but it's later revealed that she only wants to please her abusive mother, a famous woman who has always criticized Nausica for being "ugly" and talentless.
