• Hilarious in Hindsight: The "Pokemon Power" preacher, who claimed that Pokémon is demonic and encourages children to practice witchcraft.
  • This sermon was conducted during Generation I, before the introduction of the Dark-type. Imagine how this preacher would react to Houndoom.
  • Later generations would feature Pokemon actually based off of witches, specifically Mismagius and the Fennekin evolutionary line.
  • Even before Pokemon was a mon series that actually featured demonic entities and portrayed God as an evil entity.
• Memetic Psychopath: A minor example in "Pokemon Power". In describing how "there's a devil, and he hates [children], and he wants to ruin their life," a Jigglypuff is shown on the screen. So this cute balloon Pokemon was the lord of evil all along?!?
• Nightmare Fuel: A lot of their religious videos.
