• Broken Base:
  • Mordred. Fans either think that he's an occasionally emotionally oblivious Bash Brother to MHXX who helps keep her check in reality in between teasing her at times but loves her like a sister, or he's an emotional and occasionally physically abusive manipulator who tries to force his ideals down both MHXX and others' throats. It especially became a hot topic when MHXX collapsed after being sent to Excalibur for punishment detail.
  • Foreigner MHXX class-changing herself into Alter Ego Artie Pendragon, in an attempt to better fit in into the Marvel Universe, split the fanbase in two. Some argue that this is a homesick MHXX self-mutilating her very identity as the result of being pushed into a box by her alleged friends who continued to fail to understand her. Others see it as a fitting and unique step to her character development, as she slowly but surely adjusted to the fact that the world she's grown to love is very much different from the one she came from. Not helping is the split fanbase accusing each other of failing to understand what's happened, claiming that one side wants nothing more than a Power Fantasy from a fully-realized MHXX, or that the other side are nothing more than blind MCU fanatics.
• Epileptic Trees: With the author JonBerry's decision to expand upon the MCU with MCU-esque inclusions from the Marvel Comics like Doctor Doom or Professor X, fans have speculated on who would show up next.
• Funny Moments:
  • MHXX constantly being mistaken for Thor's daughter, to the point of even affecting intergalactic politics and her class-change into an Alter Ego.
  • The fact that the call of "Hail Hydra" became a casual greeting after the S.H.I.E.L.D. branch of Hydra under Alexander Pierce switched sides.
• Harsher in Hindsight: In this story, Maria Hill was killed by Hydra which Soren, the wife of Talos, impersonates as her to keep up appearance as if Maria Hill never died. In Secret Invasion (2023), Maria Hill got killed by Gravik, a Skrull who impersonated as Nick Fury, and Soren got Killed Offscreen by the same Skrull.
• Moment of Awesome:
  • The Hydra Arc. Sufficiently foreshadowed since almost the beginning, and with a lasting impact that would resonate throughout the entire multiverse, this story's adaptation of The Winter Soldier is the culmination of all the changes MHXX butterflied into existence, starting with Hydra attempting to assassinate Pierce of all people, the original big bad in the MCU, and ending with a dogfight between 2 Helicarriers! The end result is a Hydra turned good, a change that helps greatly differentiate this story from its source material.
