  • At the time the fanfic started, the TVA as a concept had yet to exist, who surely would object to all the changes MHXX wrought upon the MCU. JonBerry decided to address in a separate post, where he handwaves it by saying MHXX chased them off. Later vindicated, when the end of Loki results in the birth of the multiverse, allowing this story to exist within canon once more.
  • When the story featured a child-aged Eli Bradley as one of several young superheroes attending the Avengers Summer Camp, his family had yet to appear in the MCU. Later, in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Isaiah Bradley showed up, alongside his grandson. His adult grandson. While this story would later incorporate the MCU's characterization of Isaiah, Eli's Age Lift was just waved off.
