Fairy Foxes is an animated web series about 6 magical foxes in a war against evil hawks over the mystical Akira Amulet, which the hawks need in order to bring humans to extinction.
This series provides examples of:
- Amazing Technicolor Wildlife: While the boy foxes are normally colored, the girl foxes have unique fur colors and colorful fairy wings.
- Art Evolution: Episodes 1 and 2 shows the foxes as cute little chibis. Episode 3 and onwards have evolved into a more realistic style, and episode 7, which was recently released, changed from MS Paint to Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0.
- Episode 8 had a lot of special effects, too.
- Cloud Cuckoolander: Tori the yellow fox with red wings. She also has a touch of Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!. Also, Megan, with her obsession with "FUZZY!" things.

- Those Two Guys: The elderly human couple. Also, Yazzi and Jazzi.
- Reactive Continuous Scream: Ashley and Mark have this when they meet. Starting with Mark waking up and pulling a sword on her, so can you really blame them?
- Shout-Out: In one scene, Kai can be seen reading The Giver.
- Subverted Kids' Show: while it may look like your typical little girls show on the surface with cuteness and fairies, it's quick to make of itself and has multiple references to assasinations and deaths, the snarkness of the male character towards the female characters, and the occasional swearing
