Little Bug is an indie platform game developed by Buddy System and published by Fig Publishing Inc. and released on September 18, 2018 for Steam, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and later in 2021 for Nintendo Switch.Nyah is walking home from school when she's suddenly cast into an uncanny world where dangerous spirits linger restlessly in bottomless canyons and moonlit deserts. Now Nyah must make it back through this world and back to the surface world with the help of her light spirit.
The player controls Nyah at the same time as her light spirit. Nyah can run and jump but with the help of her light spirit which can freely fly around, she can also swing around and fly up to super high places.
This game provides examples of:
- Checkpoint: The game is very heavy on checkpoints which you
are going to need. - Eldritch Location: The entirety of the Underworld.
- Light 'em Up: Nyah's spirit light is the reason she is able to have a fighting chance in the Underworld.
- Nintendo Hard: Some of the challenge get to be this especially late game.
