DataJack
is a top-down freeware Cyberpunk stealth game where you play as a Mercenary Hacker, taking jobs.
The game was originally available from Desura but following it's shutdown has now been moved to Steam.
- Continuing is Painful: Healing from damage costs money and can make purchasing new weapons/gadgets difficult since it can drain alot of cash fast.
- Cyberpunk: Very much so.
- Dramatic Gun Cock: Done when equpping Shotguns, amusingly this ejects a shell, though this isn't deducted from your ammo count.
- Everything Breaks: Get some C4 and you can blow up most walls, bypassing locked doors.
- Stealth-Based Game: While you can get equipment/weapons/armor, healing between levels requires paying a fee and late-game enemies are tough to take down, encouraging stealth first.
