- Acting for Two: Especially in the first movie. All the male voices (bar Donkey) and one female belong to one person. It wasn't the original intention: there was an ensemble All-Star Cast, but due to various reasons (one of the reasons was mighty hangover) most of the voice actors never showed up at the recording. Oleg Anofriev then voiced all the parts, except the Princess and the Donkey, by himself.
- He Also Did: The short's script-writer and the sequel's director, Vasily Livanov, is much more famous for being Sherlock Holmes in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson and for his huge voice-acting career due to his distinctive hoarse voice.
