• Creator Backlash: The author eventually came to regret the copious rape jokes and homophobic slurs in the fic, admitting in a disclaimer that he now felt they perpetuated acceptance of offensive terms. However, he chose to not delete the fics because of "their history and prevelance" and to leave the chapters unchanged "as a testament to my prior ignorance". He did, however, Bowdlerize one or two lines, such as removing "And the demonic spheres rape them to this day, boys and girls".
• Follow the Leader: It's spawned a few imitators.
  • The similarly hilarious/bizarre K-On! fic whose title consists of seventeen Fs.
  • PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP is a slightly Bowdlerized version set in the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic universe. It directly references Thirty Hs several times, but is considerably longer and generally follows a different (but still royally fucked up) "plot", if you could call it that.
  • DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD Is a Gravity Falls fanfic about Dipper Pines going on wacky adventures. Slightly different, but still fucked up.
  • Despite having a (slightly) less insane title, "Final Fantasy: Volleyball Planet" is basically this for Final Fantasy VII.
  • The Wild Vanguard is this for Wild ARMs 5.
  • SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, another adaptation set in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
  • BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB is a Touhou Project version of this.
  • TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT is another Touhou Project version set in a surreal version of Gensokyo.
  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA is a Angry Birds version of this with out-of-context crossovers, references to Thirty Hs, pooping, farting and much more.
