• Acting for Two:
  • In the PC-Engine port of the first arcade game:
    • Yukitoshi Hori voices both Strobaya and the Tank Driver.
    • Koji Yada voices both General Mikiel and the Desert Commander.
    • Mami Matsui voices Amazoness, the Balrog VO, and the Navigator.
    • Iemasa Kayumi voices both Captain Beard Jr. and The Narrator.
  • In Strider 2:
    • Kosuke Toriumi not only voices Hiryu and Hien, but he also voices Metall Hengst, Snow Leopard Guard, Professor, and the Assistants.
    • Hozumi Gouda voices The Narrator, Solo, Admiral Wilhelm, and the Chairman.
    • Toshihide Tsuchiya voices Tiger Form, Herzog Schlange, and the Walrus Guard.
• Recycled Script: The final two stages in 2 consist of a fight atop the warship Balrog and inside the Third Moon space station, just like in the first arcade game.
• Working Title: For the original arcade game, the English version was almost changed to "The Falcon" before release.
