Trivia / Kaizoku Sentai Ten Gokaiger

• Milestone Celebration: Commemorates 10 years since the premiere of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, which itself began as the 35th anniversary show of the Super Sentai franchise, thus also falls within the official 45th anniversary year of the Super Sentai.
• Orphaned Reference: When she thinks Marvelous has a damaged eye rather than an infection, Ahim obliquely alludes to Sayo Oharu being able to fix it. This is a nod to an earlier draft in which Sayo or Mabushiina would've been the returning legend instead of Takamichi, and Marvelous’ eye woudlve been fixed by them.
• The Other Darrin: Kaisei Kawano portrays Niwano, who was the unnamed teenager who transformed into Shinken Red using Captain Marvelous's Mobilates in episode 2 of Gokaiger, originally portrayed by Daichi Izumi.
• Role Reprise:
  • Unites the six Gokaigers for the first time since their guest appearance Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger five years prior. In the interim, Ryota Ozawa (Captain Marvelous) and Mao Ichimichi (Luka Millfy) had reprised their roles in Four Week Continuous Super Sentai Strongest Battle (2019).
  • Kouhei Shoji reprises his role as Takamichi Crystalia/Kiramai Silver.
• What Could Have Been:
  • As mentioned in Orphaned Reference, Either Mio Kudo or Inori Minase were supposed to be the returning Legend.
  • Kiita Kogamine was supposed to cameo as an alternate version of Kaito Goshikida, but the scene was dropped when Arakawa couldn’t figure out how to explain Zenkaiger’s alternate worlds premise to casual viewers.
