• Acting for Two: Cedric L. Williams voices many animated characters in the show, not just Face.
• Disowned Adaptation: When Chris Phillips was asked about the show in an interview, he (half-jokingly) replied by saying the show sucks because he didn't get to reprise his role as Face. Nevertheless, he wished the crew well, saying that he was proud that he was a part of something so iconic that Nickelodeon wanted to bring it back.
• Fandom Life Cycle: The show itself is at Stage 1 or 2.
• Invisible Advertising: The show barely gets promoted, even on the 24-hour Nick Jr. channel. When the promos do air, they're usually few and far between.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Initially, each episode of the series only aired one time during the premiere, at a time when a lot of its target demographic are still in school. However, it has been announced that the first season of the show would finally be released on Paramount+.
• No Export for You: As of January 2023, the series has only been aired in the United States and Canada.
• The Other Darrin: Chris Phillips, the original voice of Face, is replaced by Cedric L. Williams for this show.
• Playing Against Type: Cedric L. Williams, a guy most known for playing badass characters and Jerkasses, voices the considerably nicer Face.
• Promoted Fanboy: Cedric L. Williams grew up watching Face on Nick Jr. as a child, and he was very excited to voice the character in Face's Music Party. As revealed in an interview with TV Insider, he was enthusiastic about the opportunity to introduce the character to a new generation of children.
• Schedule Slip: It took three months after "Family/Big Cats" aired for the Season 1 finale "Mega Party" to air on Nick Jr.
• Screwed by the Network: After the twelfth episode premiered on August 12, 2022, the series started showing up on Nick Jr. less often. Until the premiere of "Mega Party" on November 26, the series cannot be found on the Nick Jr. schedule at all, its 8:00 AM time slot going to The Tiny Chef Show.
