• Acting for Two: Several characters share the same voice actors:
  • Chad Payne voices Dr. Ludwig, the Detective/Jacques Murnau, Cyclops, Maynard Conagher, Redmond Mann, the Hunter, Agent Stemmons, the Russian/Stalingrad, and the Undead Medic.
  • Anton Pelizzari voices Zed Conagher, Dell Conagher, and several supporting characters.
  • John Whinfield also voices several supporting characters.
  • David Love voices Jules Archibald and Blutarch Mann.
• Approval of God: Robin Atkin Downes revealed in a live stream that he has seen the film, and while he didn't finish it, he thought it was absolutely incredible. In fact, he was so impressed by the film's quality that he even reached out to the creators to offer his services, though he never got a response back.
• Colbert Bump: The film getting a Kill Count episode dedicated to it hosted by James A. Janisse introduced it to a far wider audience.^{Fun fact!}Per the rules of the Kill Count, the report by Archibald of the 800,000 victims of the Respawn Machine (on top of the depicted 54 deaths) served to utterly annihilate the body count record held by the previous holder of "Kill Count Champion", Dude Bro Party Massacre 3 with its mere 4295 kills.
• The Danza: The injured officer at Scout's home is named Pelizzari, after his voice actor.
• Descended Creator: On top of writing, directing, and composing for the film, Chad Payne also voices several characters, as does the producer Anton Pelizzari.
• In Memoriam: Rick May, the original voice actor for Soldier in the source material, is honored at the end of the credits.
• What Could Have Been: There was originally an extended scene of Ludwig examining Jeremy's corpse, but it was cut due to the team finding it difficult to implement the scene in a way that didn't kill the pacing.
