• The Other Darrin: During her brief appearance in season 1, Harley was voiced by Heidi Gardner. Season 2 sees Harley voiced by Gillian Jacobs.
• Role Reprise:
  • Brent Spiner reprises his role as The Joker from Young Justice.
  • Season 2 sees Gillian Jacobs reprise her Injustice (2021) role as Harley Quinn.
• Colorblind Casting: Quite possibly the first time that Batman, Robin, or The Riddler has been played by an actor of color.
  • Far from the first time for Catwoman, though, especially through voice acting, and not the first time for Commissioner Gordon either, having been played by Jeffrey Wright in The Batman (2022).
