This version of Logan is not in the best frame of mind. He's first seen drowning his sorrows in a bar, and when Deadpool shows up and tries to coerce him with a gun to the head, he smiles and puts his head to it.
Remember when Logan lost his memories with a gunshot in X-Men Origins: Wolverine? This time he wants to forget what he did!
Paradox says this Wolverine let down his entire world. Logan doesn't deny it, and just lies on the ground passively. Even Deadpool is slightly put off by this.
A shot in the trailer shows Logan wandering around a set of gravestones, and falling to his knees.
In the teaser, when Wade says "It's been a challenging few years", a shot of him covering his head in his hands and Vanessa looking sad in the background is shown, heavily implying that Wade and Vanessa hit a rough patch in their relationship.
Reinforced moments later by Vanessa telling Wade, "Make a wish, buddy" as he prepares to blow out the candles on his birthday cake, possibly signaling that they're Amicable Exes now rather than a couple.
