- In "Mario Party but it's Simon Says" and "Mario Party but it's Simon Says 2", Sophist will give out a rule for every turn and minigame that the other Party Crashers and Guest-Star Party Member Peanut must follow or else they must skip their next Star.
- In "I Tried to make Mario Party as RANDOM as Possible", Sophist runs all of his options via random number generator without letting the others know.
- In "Mario Party but I can't be toxic...", Nick couldn't act toxic towards the others or else he has to skip his next Star. "Mario Party but we can't be TOXIC" takes the same concept, but for the entire group.
- "Mario Party but you can ONLY collect COINS" has them competing for who can collect the most coins at the end of the game rather than Stars.
- In "Mario Party but the Magic Conch CONTROLS US" and "Mario Party but the Magic Conch COMMANDS US", players must answer to the whims of the Magic Conch in order to proceed with their actions.
- In "Mario Party but it's Secret Santa" and "Mario Party HITMAN", players must make their chosen secret target end the game in 1st place and last place respectively in order to win.
- "Mario Party but we can only get Bonus Stars" has them trying to exceed in certain criteria for the different types of Bonus Stars at the end of the game, such as landing on the most Event Spaces for the Event Bonus Star for example.
- "Mario Party but SECOND Wins" and "Mario Party but LAST PLACE WINS" has them competing for who can end the game in 2nd place and last place respectively rather than 1st place.
- In "Mario Party but the Richest CONTROLS US", whoever currently has the most amount of coins must give a rule for either one person or all four players to follow during the current turn and the minigame right after. "Mario Party but Last CONTROLS US" and "Mario Party but 3rd Place CONTROLS US" take the same concept, except the player who is giving out the rules is based on placing, being last place and 3rd place respectively.
- In "Mario Party but there's only ONE star", there is only 1 Star in play for the entire game, meaning players can't purchase any more Stars after one is already bought, though they can always steal the Star that is currently in play.
- In "Mario Party but it's 1 vs 3..." and "I became a RAID BOSS in Mario Party...", one player (Nick in the former and Brent in the latter) starts with a full handicap of 5 Stars and the other three must work together to make them end the game in last place.
- In "Mario Party but we're Trapped in PRISON", only two players can be present on either side of Yoshi's Tropical Island at a time. If one wants to visit the other island, they must swap with another player via Warp Block.
- In "Mario Party but the NICEST Score Wins", the winner goes to whoever gets their coin count closest to 69 at the end of the game.
- In "We Added a Wheel of Punishments to Mario Party...", whoever is currently in 1st place by the next turn must suffer a brutal punishment decided by a roulette wheel that will affect how they perform during the board game or the minigames, with said punishments only taking in effect as long as the player is in 1st place. "Mario Party but chat decides our fate..." takes the same concept, but they must also answer to the whims of their live chat in order to proceed with their actions.
- In "I Made a Mario Party Challenge for my Birthday...", the gang compete for who can get the first Star on each board, with the winner being the one who can aquire the most Stars from the total maps.
- In "Mario Party but we need to TIE", the only way anyone can win is by having the same amount of coins and Stars as someone else at the end of the game, making it possible for everyone to win or everyone to lose.
- In "I made a Mario Party Game to torture my friends", if someone rolls a 1, they get to control someone else's next move, with the only catch being that they can't deny them the Star. But if they roll a 10, they can't receive any Stars during their turn and must forfeit the next minigame.
- In "Mario Party but you can only win through HIDDEN BLOCKS", the winner goes to the first person to find 3 Hidden Blocks, with one of them containing a Star.
- "Mario Party but there’s a killer on the loose" is a Mystery Episode, where the group tries to figure out who killed Mario and must collect Stars, win minigames, and land on Green Spacesnote or Chance Time Spaces in order to guess who might have done it.
- In "World's Most Dangerous Mario Party Game!", the group agrees to not replace anyone's Orb Spaces with their own throughout the whole session.
- The gimmick to "Our LEAST Fair Mario Party Game" is that each player starts with a certain amount of Stars decided via random number generator, so the group decides to never use Custom Dice to purposely land on Chance Time, as to avoid constantly swapping everyone's Stars.
