NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this series was filmed much later in the year than usual, meaning it is the first series to begin with the Christmas special. The pandemic also meant this series used a redesigned set with each panellist at their own podiums, rather than having each team behind a desk. The guests for "This Is My..." were protected from the host and panellists by perspex panels.
