Tropes:
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: The angry mob of citizens scolds the bears for running around breaking stuff, knocking over a T-shirt stand, and ordering nothing but water at a restaurant and leaving one of Panda's crude drawings as a "tip".
- Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: The bears sneak into the apartment of the guy they think stole their backpack and are about to retrieve it when they get caught up in the basketball game playing on TV. They sit and watch without the guy finding out until they cheer a play and give themselves away.
- Delicious Distraction: While sneaking into the alleged thief's apartment, Grizz briefly considers eating from a bag of chips on the floor before Panda reminds him of the job at hand.
- Deus ex Machina: When they give themselves up and jump down the building after being placed under arrest for disturbing the peace in their pursuit, they bounce back up at exactly the right trajectory to crash through the window of the apartment where the pigeon cartel has been holding their operations in secret. The pigeons are all arrested, the bears are cleared of all charges and they get all their stuff back.
- Didn't Think This Through: During the basketball game, Ice Bear attempts to distract the opponent with fancy tricks and the opposing player simply steals the ball away.
- The Dog Was the Mastermind: Turns out it was pigeons who stole the bears' backpack, along with other items.
- Epic Fail: Their basketball match had them missing shots (even when they stacked up), and the bears celebrated after making a single shot even though they were 20 points behind.
- Facial Composite Failure: Panda draws sketches of all the suspects, but he can only draw the same generic animesque face with different accessories.
- Feathered Fiend: The Pigeon Cartel turns out to be the ones behind the robberies.
- Flashed-Badge Hijack: Grizz attempts this on a taxi driver, using a parking ticket with "FBI" written on it. It doesn't work.
- I Meant to Do That: When Ice Bear gets the basketball stuck next to the hoop:Ice Bear: Ice Bear meant to do that.
- Stealth Pun: The pigeon working undercover for the police was a stool pigeon.
