Urpgor invents a singing Robobird, so that Noops will take it to the Dreamstone to steal. But first, it puts Frizz and Nug in a trance, then steals the Dreamstone and strays from Urpgor's orders. Urpgor builds a female Robobird, then the Noops beat Urpgor to the Dreamstone.

- A.I. Is a Crapshoot: The Robobird malfunctions, mistakes the Dreamstone for an egg, and flies it away, all the while disobeying Urpgor's commands.
- Bittersweet Ending: Rufus gets back the stone, but, pushed by an annoyed Amberley, now must confess his reckless act to the Dream Maker.
- Cute Machines: The Robobird, to a degree.
- Death Glare: Amberley gives Rufus one when he tries to play innocent in front of the Dream Maker. He takes it as a hint to confess.
- Distracted by the Sexy: Urpgor creates a female Robobird to distract the original away from the Dreamstone. It works.
- Forbidden Fruit: The Dream Maker warns that placing original content into dreams is a delicate process. Guess what Rufus does...
- Getting Smilies Painted on Your Soul: The Robobird has this effect on the Urpneys, it's singing making them mellow and joyful. This causes a Spanner in the Works, when it affects them into retiring with the bird.
- Mind-Control Music: The Robobird is capable of entrancing people with it's beautiful singing. Someone as evil as Zordrak, however, only hears an unbearable din. Oddly and ironically enough, it doesn't actually work on the Noops, they just happen to like the singing.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Rufus, despite Amberley's warnings, falls for Urpgor's plan hook, line and sinker, and brings the Robobird straight to the Dreamstone, believing it's music could enhance the dreams.
- Unusually Uninteresting Sight: The Noops think nothing of a candy coloured mechanical bird flying around in the wilderness.
- Women Are Wiser: Amberley is cynical to Rufus' actions with the Robobird, as well as his plan to get the stone back. When he tries to hide his stupid act, she has enough and forces him to confess.
