When Sandra's cat needs life-changing surgery, the Cloud 9 employees all chip in. Glenn tries to remind Dina why she loves security so she'll let him return to being the boss again.

- Crying Wolf: After Dina figures out that Glenn hired some thugs to pretend to vandalize the store, she doesn't believe him when he insists that the other thugs Bo brought in are real gang members, assuming they're also just actors.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Bo mentions that "Straight Josh" killed an ice cream man in broad daylight over sprinkles.
- Downer Ending: By the end of the episode, the store has been ransacked, Sandra's lost her cat and the necklace with its remains, most of the employees wasted their money helping Sandra, and Dina and Glenn get sued by Carol.
- Faux Horrific: The most scary thing Glenn can imagine happening in prison is his cellmate needing to borrow his comb.
