The Worst Ending!? Bad End Pretty Cure (known as The Shado Force in the US) is the 46th and final episode of Smile PreCure! (38th of Glitter Force), and the 435th episode overall of Pretty Cure.
As Cures are forced to fight their doppelgangers in one-on-one battles to the death, the truth behind Candy is finally revealed.

- Bait-and-Switch:
- For most of the series, Joker made it his goal to find the Miracle Jewel with Pop assuming Pierrot seeks its wish granting power for himself. But Joker clarifies that he is a Hope Crusher and only sought the Miracle Jewel with every intent of destroying it.
- When the Bad End Pretty Cure are destroyed with the Miyuki's group obtaining the final Cure Decor, he appeared to be having a Villainous Breakdown. But he breaks into laughter as the Cures failed to realize that Pierrot completed his resurrection at that time.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing / Troll: Bad End Peace, who fakes remorse for landing on top of Cure Peace after they end up in another dimension. Bad End Peace apologizes profusely, luring Cure Peace in to zap her when the latter assures the former that she's alright.
- Hannibal Lecture: The Bad End Pretty Cure each give this to their respective counterparts. They all get silenced when the Cures each deliver a Kirk Summation before taking them down.
- Mirror Match: Joker uses his cards to throw each Cure and her respective Evil Knockoff into isolated dimensions where they will battle one-on-one.
- "Ray of Hope" Ending: Joker succeeds in reviving Pierrot after turning Earth into a wasteland, with Pierrot's Shadow Giants plunging everything to darkness. But the Pretty Cures use complete the Cure Decor Decor to awaken Candy, who assumes a new human-like form as Royale Queen's heir.
- The Reveal: Candy is Royale Queen's heir, which explains the mystery behind her powers.
