Tyler, the Creator, Childish Gambino (Donald Glover) and MC Lyte guest star as members of the rap group, "CrewCrew", who makes fun of Pops' love for poetry. Now it's up to Mordecai and Rigby to defend Pops' honor by challenging them to a rap battle.
- An Aesop: If a friend needs your help, you shouldn't say no because of peer pressure. A true friend should support the other no matter how embarrassing.
- Battle Rapping: Pops accidentally gets involved in one after he challenges CrewCrew for being rude to him. Not only that, he got Mordecai and Rigby to help him battle them.
