Welcome back to After Dark! This time, the oldest four Loud sisters have brought Sam. They are going to be reading Tongue Tied, a story about Luna and Sam by the same author as The Night of Loneliness and Companionship.
It begins with Lisa mixing formulae as normal, when Luna comes in. Luan and Lori inform Sam about Grammy, then fanfic Luna replies that she wants help "spicing up" her sex life with Sam. Lori wonders why fanfic Luna didn't just ask her instead.
Fanfic Lisa excitedly shows Luna her chart for dating advice. Luna angrily says that they're already dating, but she wants to make their "first time" special. Fanfic Lisa tells Luna to just figure it out on her own, but Luna has an idea: use the serum that gives her a long tongue.
At nighttime, fanfic Sam comes over and meows at Cliff for some reason. She also observes Lana sleeping on the floor and Luan sleeping on the couch.
She reaches Luna and they decide to play music but have trouble finding a tune. They start making out, and then... well, lesbian sex + long tongue = you do the math.
The episode ends with the real Luna and Sam doing some chaste cuddling.

- Ask a Stupid Question...: When fanfic Luna asks if she's interrupting Lisa, the latter replies, "Oh, no, third eldest sibling. I'm just in the middle of the final step of my concoction when you just happen to barge into my work-space. Everything's perfectly adequate."
- Breather Episode: This fic, while not for younger kids, is a very fluffy story about Luna and Sam having some fun together. This is in contrast to the first four episodes of After Dark, which involved incestuous rape, adultery, a sociopathic, pedophiliac, incestuous rapist, and every depraved act imaginable respectively.

- The Loud sisters remember Luna's "pin Sam to the table" line from One Angry Person.
- Luan remembers "Property of Luan Loud" and says, "At least it's a real cat".
- Dirty Kid: Fanfic Lisa is excited that her concoction is seeing use, but it's being used in a sexual way.
- Girl on Girl Is Hot: Obviously Luna and Sam think so (And the fact this is a story about the two of them going at it does not change that), but to everyone's shock, so does Grammy.
- Happy Dance: Fanfic Lisa does a little dance when she finds out her concoction is going to be used.
- Hates Being Called Cute: Luna is embarrassed when Sam calls her cute.
- Not So Stoic: Fanfic Lisa squealing excitedly is pointed out as uncharacteristic by the narrator.
- Pun: Luan refers to a note attached to a harmonica as a "musical note".
- Technicolor Science: Fanfic Lisa has a purple liquid.
