Clarissa decides to get rid of the Dalmatians once and for all and gets Hugo to call pest control on them.
This episode features examples of:
- Brick Joke: Doctor Dave complains to Delilah that he hasn't gotten much sleep due to his three children, which Delilah laughs off compared to her triple digit of pups. When Doctor Dave sees them all at the end he concedes to Delilah that three kids are practically nothing.
- Chekhov's Boomerang: Clarissa initially uses Hugo's slipper as part of her plot against the Dalmatians. The Dalmatians later use it to wake Doctor Dave from his sedation.
- Chekhov's Gun: Dolly uses Dylan's hide-and-seek plan to hide all the puppies from pest control at the end of the episode.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Clarissa's response to the Dalmatian pups accidentally spraying her with water and ruining the soufflé she was about to eat is to manipulate Hugo into calling pest control to get rid of the whole family.
- Dodgy Toupee: Clarissa uses a water hose to blast Hugo's toupee onto the lawn ornament he's working on so she can frame the Dalmatians for it.
- The Faceless: The faces of the pest control team are covered behind their masks.
- Instant Sedation: After accidentally sitting down on a sedation syringe, Doctor Dave takes a second to go "whoopsie" before promptly falling asleep.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Clarissa gets caught by pest control herself at the end of the episode when they mistake her angry yapping for her being rabid.
- Mythology Gag: When Dolly builds her fake human, the hat it wears is Anita's spring hat from the beginning of 101 Dalmatians, while the jacket is one which Roger wears during the "Twilight Bark" sequence.
- Near-Villain Victory: Despite the combined efforts of the Dalmatians and Pearl, the pest control still arrive at the Dalmatian house. If Delilah hadn't woken up Doctor Dave to help him save the family, the pups would have been taken away and Clarissa would have won.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: Both Doctor Dave and Pearl. Doctor Dave in particular, having just realized what was happening (having been sedated for most of the Episode) and quickly being willing for cover for the Dalmatians, when Pest Control arrives.
- Saying Sound Effects Out Loud: Pearl does her own police siren noises as she's escorting Delilah to the house.
- Smelly Feet Gag: Delilah uses Hugo's smelly slipper to wake up Doctor Dave so he can save the family from pest control. According to Dave, Hugo has foot fungus.
- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: The Dalmatians are at risk of being taken away by pest control because a) they don't have a human looking after them and b) there's not allowed to be so many dogs in one building.
- Talking in Your Sleep: A sedated Doctor Dave does this when he's partly roused by Delilah's ears flapping in his face.Doctor Dave: No, sweetie, daddy's not allergic to sleepy time...
- Vomit Discretion Shot: Dylan tells an off-screen Dimitri 1 not to eat any grass or he'll barf, which is followed by a faint splatting sound and a disgusted Dylan telling Dimitri 2 to step away from the barf.
