- Shadow Archetype: Combo Breaker acts like a super-exaggerated version of K.O., which most others like, but K.O. quickly tires of.

- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: K.O. delivers one to Combo Breaker after he make mess at the bodega.
- K.O.: That's it! I don't know how any hero could ever put up with you! All you've done is mess everything up! You're not a sidekick. You're a nuisance!
- Too Qualified to Apply: K.O. is too much of an equal team hero who works alongside his teammates to be a sidekick, who are more support focused. That said, the teacher says he'd be better in the solo hero class, which is the other extreme he's trying to avoid.
