"Trini's Super Coop": Trini's mom is coming home on military leave and Trini wants her first breakfast at home to be some famous Mumford omelets.

"Trini's Super Coop" contains the following tropes:

  • The Bus Came Back: Joy comes home on military leave.
  • Delicious Distraction: When the chickens get loose and start wreaking havoc, Auntie Midge helps lure them back to their coop by rapping on their feed bucket.
  • Formally-Named Pet: The rooster's name is Mr. Cluck.
  • Music Soothes the Savage Beast: Mr. Cluck doesn't take too kindly to Tooey at first, but when Tooey starts playing his harmonica, Mr. Cluck settles down and even seems to dance to the tune.
  • Pinky Swear: Daniel promises to help Trini winterize the chicken coop by linking pinkies with her.

"Trini's Winter Warm Up": Trini doesn't like Alaska's weather and is thinking about moving back to Texas, so Molly and Tooey try everything to get her to stay in Alaska.

"Trini's Winter Warm Up" contains the following tropes:

  • Binocular Shot: Tooey uses a pair of binoculars to keep an eye on the Mumfords while they pack books.
  • Call-Back: Tooey breaks out his Agent 2-E persona, fake mustache included, to spy on the Mumfords. He last used his codename in "Qyah Spy."
  • Out-of-Context Eavesdropping: Molly and Tooey overhear Trini ask her dad if they can move back to Texas, but they don't stick around long enough to hear Daniel encourage her to give Alaska a chance.
  • Sled Dogs Through the Snow: Molly and Tooey take Trini on a sled dog ride to try and convince her that Alaskan winters are fun and worth staying for.
  • Snowball Fight: The episode opens with one.
  • Whole Episode Flashback: Molly and Trini open the episode by describing Trini's early struggles to adjust to winter in Alaska.
