- Big "OMG!": All Michael can say when Baby Crotchrash makes his head float is "Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God!"
- Casual Danger Dialogue: When Baby Crotchrash uses his psychic powers to make the gang's heads float, Clair says that her nose itches and she can't scratch it, to which Chris reminds her that they don't have noses.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: An Earth Drift example. Chris states that Baby Crotchrash was sent to Alaska, but narration in "Abel Arrives" states that he was found in the icy waters of Legondo.
- Ironic Echo Cut:Chris: Let's take [Baby Crotchrash] to Michael and Clair. Clair should know what to do. She's a girl.[cut to Clair in the lab]Clair: I don't know what to do!Chris: But you're a girl!
- My Brain Is Big: Baby Crotchrash gets a larger brain from an experimental growth hormone drug meant to advance him to maturity.
- Precision F-Strike: Baby Crotchrash lets out an "Oh, shit" before Chip hits him with a stun gun.
- Sealed Evil in a Can: Chris and Ian get rid of Baby Crotchrash by stuffing him in a barrel and sending him to Alaska in 2000 B.C.
- Snarking Thanks: When Chip reattaches Michael's head, he freaks out because he put it on backwards. Clair smacks it the right way around, making Michael sarcastically say "Thanks, Clair."
- That's What She Said: When Chris and Ian are trying to stuff Baby Crotchrash in a barrel, Ian says this when Chris tells him to make his head fit.
