YouTube and NETVERSE title: "Cinta Alan ke Pipin" (lit. "Alan's Love for Pipin")
With roses and a heart, how could things go wrong?
Alan tries his luck at confessing his love to Pipin. Juna is going to film a scene where he will be stuck wearing a pocong ghost costume.This episode provides examples of:
- Bait-and-Switch:
- Juna decides to sleep in Ada Azab Dalam Cerita set while wearing the pocong costume. A crew member sees Juna, spooky music plays... and he realizes that's just a guy in costume.
- Pipin, twice, seems to get what Alan is trying to do, but then reveals that she misses the point and berates Alan instead.
- Bait-and-Switch Accusation: Melani helps Alan prepare his surprise love confession to Pipin by bringing Pipin away from her shop to Melani's bedroom. To do so, Melani shows Pipin some keychains images and claims that she wants to buy one of them. Pipin gets suspicious and accuses Melani of having a secret motive for showing her those images: she must have want to sell those keychains.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall:
- After Mami Bibir's give him some "criticism and suggestion", Alexi asks the audience to give him one too by "calling the numbers below". Mami Bibir is confused about who Alexi is talking to and where's the numbers.
- Juna asks the camera whether they're ready if Juna comes to their house in pocong costume.
- Comically Missing the Point:
- Unusally, this happens to Pipin. She does some sarcastic cough to get Melani to face her, but Melani is too focused on another thing to realize it and gives Pipon a glass of water instead.
- Alan's love confession plan involves putting flowers in the shape of heart on Pipin's shop and giving Pipin a flower. Pipin misses the whole romantic aspects and thinks Alan is making a mess by throwing away flowers on her shop.
- Face Palm: Melani, Bambang, Prima and Mami Bibir's reaction to Pipin not getting Alan's love confession.
- False Start: Alan cancels his love confession attempt after Pipin's Comically Missing the Point moment.
- Implied Death Threat: Juna tells Prima to stop making fun of his pocong costume or else he will make Prima a pocong too.
- Malaproper:
- Alexi complains that it's hard to put new "reformation" (information) into his head.
- Alexi and Alan takes some words (immunisation, ammunisation) before getting ammunition right.
- Mistaken for Undead: Subverted by the crew member who only thought Juna is a pocong for a brief moment until he realizes it's just a costume. Played straight after Juna is accidentally left behind by the crew and he asks for help from bystanders. The motorcycle taxi driver whom he called drives away in horror and the food seller he met faints (twice).
- Pet the Dog: In spite of being a mean boss previously, Alexi funds Alan's love confession without expecting anything in return.
- Scooby Stack: Played With. When they want to peek Alan's love confession, Mami Bibir's head pops out behind the wall and Bambang's pops out right below it. Then, Prima's foot pops out instead. After Prima is ordered to record, Bambang and Prima's heads are stacked up, but Mami Bibir's is besides Bambang's instead.
- Shout-Out:
- Alexi thinks Sundanese martial arts debus is related to The Beast from Beauty and the Beast.
- When Mami Bibir tells Alexi to starts using people's name instead of descriptors, he says "What's in a name, if Melani's is the only one who is sweet?"
- Juna compares his luck prior to befriending Prima and co. to that of Gladstone Gander from Donald Duck.
- Split-Screen Reaction: A three-way split screen is used to show Melani, Mami Bibir and Bambang, and Prima facepalming at the sight of Pipin misunderstanding Alan's love confession attempt.
