Black Woz: As it is written in this book, average high schooler Sougo Tokiwa embarks on a path which leads him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O.

Sougo is trapped in the Mirror World where he encounters a reversed Zi-O! Reverse Zi-O begins to tell him "You are a hypocrite! You are the one who will become the most despicable and tyrannical demonic king!" Is the man in the mirror Sougo or Shinji, are they the real versions of themselves? Furthermore, Geiz decides to use a deadly move to destroy Another Ryuga forever!
Episode Tropes
- Bittersweet Ending: Good news is, Another Ryuga is taken care of, Geiz is saved from his suicide attack, and Shinji and Daisuke are able to move on from ORE Journal closing. Bad news though, with Sougo now having the ability to control time, Geiz and Tsukuyomi fear that they may have had a hand in pushing Sougo into becoming Oma Zi-O, with Tsukuyomi now wondering if they should just kill Sougo.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The climax of the episode should just be called “Zi-O II beats the shit out of Another Ryuga.”
- Dramatic Irony: When Sougo admits that he’s accepted the darker parts of himself, he’s referring to his What You Are in the Dark moment detailed below. Unfortunately, Tsukuyomi and Geiz weren’t privy to that moment and so take his statement as meaning something to the effect of “I’ve accepted that I’ll become evil.”
- Early-Bird Cameo: At the end of the episode, another Future Rider makes an appearance. In this case, Kamen Rider Kikai.
- Gag Sub: One fansub deliberately mistranslates Woz’s opening narration for this episode into an extended Shout-Out to Star★Twinkle Pretty Cure.Black Woz: As it is written in this Twinkle Book, average middle schooler Hoshina HIkaru embarks on a path which leads her to become the Overlord of space, Oma Star. Standing in her way is an unbeatable foe, Kappard. And Hoshina Hikaru's mirror self has appeared in front of Hikaru. But thanks to Oma Star's power, WAGA MAO's counterattack has just begun...
- Poor Communication Kills: Due to not being present for several key moments, Tsukuyomi and Geiz have come to the conclusion that Sougo is tampering in people’s lives and with time on a whim and has accepted that he’ll become Oma Zi-O.
- Suicide Attack: Geiz planned on using his Time Burst kick to try and defeat Another Ryuga as a last resort, with the risk of dying as his attack would be redirected. While he died from the attack, his death was prevented by Sougo thanks to the Zi-O II RideWatch.
- Time Master: What Zi-O II’s main power is; able to detect when an opponent starts an attack, he himself can visualize the attack before it happens, before striking them down. It’s also the same power Oma Zi-O has in the future.
- What You Are in the Dark: Two examples:
- While Shinji says he has no resentment towards those that no longer support ORE Journal, he does admit to Sougo that deep down, there is some bit of resentment in him. He also admits that he has to accept Mirror Shinji may be part of him if he wants to move on with his life, or else he’ll just feel empty inside and be unable to move on.
- Mirror Sougo taunts Sougo by saying that Sougo is not nearly as idealistic or optimistic as others may think, even to go as far as to lead others into doing what he wishes and stealthily become Oma Zi-O. After speaking with Shinji about Mirror Shinji, Sougo tells Mirror Sougo that while there is good and bad in himself, he has to accept that those are all parts of himself, or else he can't face the future. This act convinces Mirror Sougo to give Sougo the other half of the Zi-O II Ridewatch.
Black Woz: And thus, my overlord begins his way down the true path to the throne.
