Despite losing Hopper 1, Houtaro remains optimistic in retriving him. That's when Greyon makes his next move, creating a powerful Malgam for the group to handle.

That's when an unexpected Kamen Rider appears... in the form of Fuga!

Tropes:

  • Actually a Doombot: Heroic Example. It's revealed the Fuga we've been following is actually a homunculus clone body, and it's explained the one killed in the pilot was another clone. The real one is currently in parts unknown.
  • Apologetic Attacker: Clotho apologizes to her sister Lachesis before attempting to bring her down. Sensing her reluctance, Atropos steps in and does the dirty work instead by transforming into Dread.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: Geryon claims Gaiard, Kuroana, and Gigabaham, and begins his plan to open the Door of Darkness.
  • Big Damn Heroes:
    • Supana arrives right before Atropos could attack Lachesis and Minato.
    • Before the Malgam could finish Houtaro off, Fuga intervenes and save him.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Wind makes quick work of the Dragon Malgam.
  • Et Tu, Brute?: Unlike Atropos, Clotho looks more betrayed that Lachesis abandons them and Geryon for Minato and she is hesitate to even attack her own sister.
  • Hope Spot: Just after Fuga gets the two Level 10 Chemies, Geryon stabs him and takes his cards.
  • The Reveal:
    • Lachesis had been cozying up to Minato because she believed he was The Mole and wanted to defect to the Riders' side to protect her from Geryon's abuse.
    • The Dragon Malgam reveals his host Dragonalos and Gaiard were the first Chemies created. The producer's blog for this week further elaborates, stating that the entire Chemy Level system was calculated by scaling off of their overwhelming power.
    • The Fuga here and the one in #1 aren't the real person; they're homunculi created by the real one.
  • Sword Drag: Lachesis drags her sword across the floor, not as a sign of exhaustion or for Rule of Cool, but to symbolize her reluctance to eliminate Minato and reveal her plan to defect to the Riders' side.
  • Wham Shot:
    • Atropos wearing the Dread Driver, then transforming into Dread for the first time.
    • Fuga using the Alchemist Driver, Kuroana and Gigabaham to transform into Kamen Rider Wind.
    • Geryon stabbing Fuga from behind and claiming Kuroana, Gigabaham, Dragonalos, and Gaiard all in one fell swoop.
  • Worf Had the Flu: Iron Gotchard puts up a respectable fight against the Dragon Malgam, but Houtaro's exhaustion from using the form means that he can only do so much before forcibly de-transforming.
  • You Can't Thwart Stage One: At the start of the episode, Geryon has nine out of the Level 10 Chemies in his possession, with only one, Gaiard, out of his grasp. In spite of the heroes' best efforts, he ends up claiming Gaiard and successfully commences his plan to open the Door of Darkness.

Titular Chemy: Gigabaham
Cards used:
Fuga/Wind: Gigabaham + Kuroana = Blackbahamut
Chemies recovered:
Fuga/Wind: Gaiard and Dragonalos (failed, claimed by Geryon)
