Liv eats Weckler's brain. While he indeed killed the dominatrix, it turns out that he was murdered as well. She also starts seeing visions of her dead boyfriend Drake. Ravi gets kidnapped by the anti-zombies who want him to help them out while they livestream the Romero-ing of a starving Don E. online. Stacey Boss comes back to get things cleared out with Blaine.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with the anti-zombies aiming for Ravi's head while he attempts to stop them from torturing Don E. Meanwhile, Liv and Blaine in full-on zombie mode get ready to barge in.
- Dead Person Conversation: Liv spends most of the episode hallucinating her dead boyfriend Drake.
- Flat-Earth Atheist: Despite how Blaine has stood up to having been shot and his throat slit and is literally eating a brain right in front of him, Mr. Boss still can't believe he's talking to a zombie. It takes Blaine talking to him with a massive needle through his neck for Big to finally buy it and smartly decide it's better to work with Blaine.
- Ms. Fanservice: A scene consists of Peyton dressed as a Halloween sexy cat in order to spank Liv to trigger memories. It's incredibly gratuitous and was much praised by the audience's male fandom.
- Oh, Crap!: Mr. Boss' reaction when he sees that Blaine and Candy are zombies.
- Privacy by Distraction: Liv tells Peyton to go out with Clive and listen to Dark Side of the Moon repeatedly so she can come back and explain it. She's really asking Peyton to stay out of their apartment so she can sleep with Justin unembarrassed. Clive offers to explain it to her on the spot.
- Third Wheel: Drake acts as an imaginary third wheel to Liv and Justin.
- Victim of the Week: Averted, for once.
- What Measure Is a Non-Human?: Ravi and apparently, Rachel, believe that the zombies are still people, something the anti-zombies thoroughly deny.
- Wham Shot: After Liv and Clive visit Weckler's daughter Tatum, who spoke to him before he was murdered, Tatum and Patrice (the woman with her) eat the specially treated brain goop that Fillmore-Graves gives its zombies to stop them from having visions. And Patrice comments that zombies are working for the Seattle Police.
- You Killed My Father: The leader of the anti-zombies, Harley, is clearly still grieving his brother and his fight against them comes partially from said grief.
- Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot: The prisoner who shows up as a witness to Weckler's murder is the same asian criminal who was beaten by Liv in Live And Let Clive. He tries to say that Liv is a mutant. Peyton suggests that Liv might also know martial arts like a ninja which the guy confirms. Then she asks if Liv had a carapace and asked for a pizza while knowing that Liv is actually a zombie.
