After finding out Rupert previously belonged to Chris, Stewie gives him back to him. But soon gets a little crazy when it turns out he can't stand them being back together.
Tropes:
- Bait-and-Switch: After Stewie knocks out Chris with a frying pan, the scene cuts to Peter waking up all startled, making us believe that he can sense that Chris is in danger. Except it turns out that Peter just woke up because he forgot to record Young Sheldon.
- Entitled Bastard: Stewie thinks he's entitled to Chris bringing something when the former invites the latter over for dinner due to etiquette, despite the facts that it was a ploy to murder Chris in the first place and the food he "cooked" was takeout he put in a frying pan.
- Pop-Cultural Osmosis Failure: In-Universe example. As a naturally irritated Chris informs Stewie during his murder attempt, his murder plot (Lifted wholesale from The Talented Mr. Ripley) is not a Hitchcock film.
- Roger Rabbit Effect: Footage of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel winning the 2018 Primetime Emmy Award is shown with an animated Stewie inserted in.
- Yandere: Stewie can't stand the fact that Rupert used to belong to Chris and tries to kill them both.
