During a visit to the waterpark, Chris befriends an attractive hispanic girl named Isabella, who not only turns out to be Consuela's niece, but also the mother of infant twin boys. When Isabella is deported back to Mexico, she is forced to leave her children behind, leaving them in the care of Chris.

- Heel Realization: At first, Lois just wanted to drop off Isabella’s kids to her and leave the village. But once Chris pointed out to her that they can’t leave Isabella and her kids because the place is horrible and dangerous. Lois realized that Chris is right and decided to smuggle Isabella and her kids to the USA.
- Papa Wolf: Chris fights off a pack of coyotes to protect the babies, getting his arm bitten in the process.
- Repetitive Audio Glitch: In a cutaway gag, a bunch of mongooses fool Peter into thinking Lois is calling him for dinner, but it's actually a dummy with a recorder playing.Lois voice: We're having sloppy joes. We're having sloppy joes. We're having sloppy joes.
- Teen Pregnancy: Isabella is Chris's age, but is already the mother of two children.
- Wretched Hive: Santa Terrible, Isabella's hometown, which is such a hellhole it convinces Lois they can't in good conscience leave her and the babies there.
