The video start In Medias Res, with Cell apparently having already been speaking to Hank Hill for some time. Cell agrees to fight Bobby, and challenges Bobby to get the fight started. Bobby responds with his memetic line "That's my purse, I don't know you" and kicks Cell in the groin, causing Cell to scream in pain.

- David Versus Goliath: Bobby is a young child who is rather short, Cell is a Physical God who is quite tall by human standards. (He was mentioned as being 6'8, or roughly about 203 cm in the video where he faced off with Ryu and Ken.) Bobby brings Cell down to size by hitting below the belt.
- Groin Attack: Bobby uses one against Cell, and to the surprise of many it is very effective.
- In Medias Res: From context, Cell has clearly been introduced to and speaking to the Hills for awhile; he knows both Hank and Bobby's names, makes a pun based on their surname, and the video seems to start right in the middle of a sentence.
- Lethal Joke Character: Bobby is young, short, chubby, and not especially athletic or a gifted fighter, with only one move in his arsenal. As we see from Cell's reaction, that one move works... and apparently Bobby hits hard too.
- Oddball in the Series: Even the shortest of the other Cell Games videos were close to two minutes long, showed the entirety of Cell meeting whatever character he was facing, and all of the interactions. This video is under 15 seconds long, begins In Medias Res, and ends immediately with the first blow. It doesn't even have either of the usual outros for used for the other Cell Games videos.
- Underestimating Badassery: Cell, in his smugness, thinks Bobby and Hank are no danger and likely either reduces his power level or doesn't use his ki to protect himself. He learns a painful lesson as to why he shouldn't do that.
- Cell: All right, Hank, if this is the hill you want to die on, I'll fight your brat.
