When Skya becomes critically injured, it's up to the guys to challenge a group known as the Speedtrux to a winner take all Doom Run for it.

Split: No, the Valley of Ore. It's an ore run, remember? - Good Colors, Evil Colors: The Speedtrux are a pair of Ankylodumps and a pair of Dozeratops, but their coloring is extremely faded compared to friendlier variants.
- Hair-Trigger Explosive: Explosive Ore explodes at even the slightest disruption. The Cliffs of Doom are loaded with it.
- Hiccup Hijinks: Skya's damage has given her Hydraulic Convulsive Uptakes, or hiccups for short. Skya's are particularly dangerous as whenever she hiccups, her tongue hook fires involuntarily, hard enough to cause damage around her. And as they are a symptom of a broken part, the only cure for them is to find a replacement.
- Meaningful Name:
- Split's trademark move is called "Split personality" (a fake head on his tail so you can't tell which direction he's facing).
- Spinz' trademark move is spinning at high speeds.
- Rumble Grumble speaks in a very low grumbly voice that makes him hard to understand.
- Mecha Expansion Pack: Realizing they need more speed to win the Doom Run, the trux decide to optimize Ton-Ton by outfiting him with rocket boosters.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: When Xee shows Ton-Ton a new trick, he is eager to show it off to his friends, but in his rush he crashes into Skya, damaging her.
- Nitro Boost: Ton-Ton is outfited with special rocket boosters that run on explosive ore; by having Xee press a button mounted on them, a piece of ore is ignited and generates thrust.
- The Unintelligible: Rumble Grumble is very close to being this, but enabling the subtitles will show what he's supposed to be saying.
