Sector V is deployed to the Arctic after hearing about a scientist aiming to build a weather control device to stop all snow days. They are joined on this mission by Numbuh 30c - a supposedly elite agent from the area.
Now loading tropes:
- Actually Pretty Funny: Professor XXXL is initially outraged at Sector V for ruining his research on making a perfect snow cone and demands an explanation. But after Numbuh 1 explains they thought he was building a weather control device, he happily laughs at the misunderstanding and explains that's the project of his colleague Bob, and tells them his lab isn't that far from his own.
- Anti-Villain: Even though they were against Sector V and attempted to stop them, Professor XXXL and Numbuh 30c weren't really evil as all they wanted was to make the perfect snowcone and wasn't even trying to permanently end winter. The other professor that lived close by however...
- The Bad Guy Wins: Bob, the other scientist who works at North Pole, manages to complete and presumably use his device to end all snow days without interference from the KND. Although it doesn't seem like he succeeded in the long run, as there is a snow day in Operation: S.N.O.W.I.N.G.
- Casting Gag: While fighting with 30c, Numbuh Four calls him "Pineapple breath." 30c is voiced by Tom Kenny, who also voices SpongeBob.
- Hand-or-Object Underwear: After Sector V (minus Numbuh 4) loses their clothes from the Nude Torpedo, Numbuhs 1 and 5 cover their private parts with their hands (which are large enough to cover their whole bodies given how Abby perfectly does so), and Numbuh 2 raises his leg to obscure his lower half. Numbuh 3 however hides herself using her long hair as a blanket.
- Jerkass: Numbuh 30c was definitely not a nice person, especially his treatment of Numbuh 4. Not that Numbuh 4 is a saint as well especially this early in the series.
- The Mole: Numbuh 30c was secretly working with Professor XXXL by attempting to sabotage Sector V.
- Naked People Are Funny: Well, they would be if they weren't freezing in the middle of the North Pole...
- The Nudifier: For whatever reason, the KND have a torpedo that blows off the clothes of anyone that it hits. Numbuh 30c attempts to use it on Professor XXXL, only to hit Sector V (minus Numbuh 4) instead.
- Poor Communication Kills: If either Professor XXXL or Numbuh 30c had told Sector V that Professor XXXL was simply researching to make the perfect snowcone, everything could have been avoided.
- Ship Tease: Numbuh 4 gets uncomfortable after Numbuh 30c makes a comment about he thinks Numbuh 3 is cute.
- Snow Golem: Professor XXXL has a giant snowman that attacks the KND operatives.
- Weather-Control Machine: The operatives assume that Professor XXXL is building this. At the end, the professor reveals that it's Bob's project.
