Butt-Head orders a mail order bride.
- Auto Erotica: Katya and Todd have sex in his car, which is parked outside the house.
- Bridal Carry: Butt-Head attempts to carry Katya across the "thrash-hold" but can't manage to lift her.
- Big Beautiful Woman: Katya is overweight, but Butt-Head still thinks she's attractive.
- Exact Words: Butt-Head asks Katya if she "wants to go in the other room", which she takes to mean to go into the kitchen without him.
- Gratuitous Russian: Katya speaks Russian, especially on a phone call to Moscow where she complains about Butt-Head.
- The Illegal: Butt-Head tells Beavis that if Katya won't put out, he'll call and have her deported.
- Insane Troll Logic: Beavis somehow decides that Todd having sex with Katya means that Butt-Head and Todd are not only related, but Todd will also let the duo join his gang.
- Jerkass: Unsurprisingly, Butt-Head proves to be a terrible husband to Katya, thinking of doing very little beyond having sex. He also never refers to her by name, instead calling her "wife".
- Karmic Butt-Monkey: Katya mistreats Butt-Head, calling Moscow from his phone, calling him an idiot to Van Dreissen, and finally having sex with Todd in full view of him. Still, this is Butt-Head we're talking about; he doesn't do anything to endear himself to her.
- Mail-Order Bride: The agency sends Butt-Head Katya, which Butt-Head is delighted by because he thinks he'll get to constantly score. However, Katya is repulsed by him due to his appearance, age, and sexist demeanor, leaving him the first chance she gets.
- "Not Really Married" Plot: Technically, Butt-Head and Katya didn't marry, but Butt-Head assumes she's still his wife. He decides that because they didn't do it, the marriage is "annalled".
- Rage Breaking Point: Butt-Head yells at Beavis at the end of the episode and nearly slaps him when Beavis won't stop asking about why Katya isn't having sex with him.
- Slimeball: The head of the agency, who sets Katya up with two bad husbands.
- Shout-Out: Butt-Head pictures his wedding as similar to the music video "November Rain".
