Killing Me / Killing You is a shonen manga by Narita Imomushi set in the same universe as the author's previous work, It's My Life. The manga began serialization in Dragon Age Extra in 2017.
The story focuses on Mithia and Youthanasia, two immortals who search for a way to die after a meteorite falls on their world and changes it in strange ways.
Killing Me / Killing You contains examples of:
- Author Appeal: The author's love of metal really shows in the manga. The title is a reference to "Killing Me Killing You" by Sentenced, and Youthanasia is named after an album by Megadeth.
- Immortality Hurts: Mithia and Youthanasia are still able to experience pain through injuries or starvation, but they do not die from them.
- Parental Abandonment: Mithia's parents are gone when Mithia wakes up after the meteor shower.
- Prequel: Killing Me / Killing You is a prequel to It's My Life.
- Technicolor Eyes: Mithia's left eye is amber and her right eye is silver.
- Who Wants to Live Forever?: Mithia and Youthanasia wish to end their lives, but are unable to.
