  • Sersi braids a young girl's hair with a tender smile. Added to this is Ikaris watching her, a smile on his face at seeing her in peaceful contentment.
  • Sersi and Ikaris's wedding in the Gupta Empire, and especially the other Eternals happily watching them.
  • A simple statement from Thena: "We have loved these people since the day we arrived. When you love something, you protect it."
  • A close counterpart to that statement is a line from Kingo's film "Life affords no greater duty than to protect one's family!" which Karun repeats to Kingo to remind him.
  • Dane rushing to Sprite's aid after she was attacked by a Deviant.
  • Kingo is full of Heartwarming:
    • His relationship with his studio staff, not just Karun, is wonderful. It's implied that he's going with the Eternals for the sake of his studio, and it's also implied that a majority of them know he's an Eternal. However, like Karun, they're keeping quiet about his status out of simple loyalty.
      • In a small moment, when Druig puts his mind whammy on Karun (making him break his camera when he annoys him), the latter man instantly apologizes to Kingo for it. However, Kingo immediately reassures him it's not his fault and tells Druig that he's not to do that again.
    • Kingo tells Sprite he decided to become an actor because he loved the illusions she used to create to entertain ancient humans to tell them stories. She made him love storytelling and he decided to pursue a similar route when film acting became a career choice.
    • Upon discovering the Emergence and their purpose, Kingo refuses to go against his programming but also refuses to hurt his family (like Ikaris is) as they try to prevent the Emergence. He simply walks away and refuses to take any action whatsoever. That is true neutralism and pacifism based on love for all.
  • When Karun takes his leave, he bids farewell to everyone in a respectful manner, even to Druig, after getting mind-controlled by him. And Druig politely bows his head too.
  • Gilgamesh's struggles to help the mentally ill Thena resonate with people who have had to cope with loved ones suffering from long-term mental illness and the struggles that come with becoming a caretaker for them. The love they still share for each other shines throughout and is particularly sweet.
  • According to Ajak, the Avengers banding together to resurrect half of universal life is what inspired her to betray Arishem after a millennia of willingly sacrificing people to the Celestials. Their heroic actions changed her viewpoint of her Celestial duty and to especially deem that the people of Earth are worthy of being spared.
  • The reason Druig chose his location for his village? It was the last place all the Eternals had lived together as a family. He also mentions having protected the villagers for over 20 generations from every sort of threat that's come by. It's even mentioned that (despite the fact that Druig is mind-controlling the people), it's organized, clean, and well-kept as the people's home. Even Karun comments that it's quite peaceful and a nice place to live.
  • The reason why Ajak chose Sersi to take over as her successor? It was Sersi's simple yet strong love for humanity.
  • Following the final battle, Makkari, who thought Druig was killed by Ikaris, sees him walking up the beach alive. Her face clearly shows her relief and she instantly runs up to him at regular, non-super speed. They happily embrace each other and share a Headbutt of Love as Druig warmly smiles at her. The moment is easily the happiest Druig has looked in the entire film.
  • In the end, despite his Undying Loyalty for the Celestials, Ikaris can't bring himself to kill Sersi. While he was willing to hurt, even kill, the other Eternals without hesitation, she's the one person he just can't hurt. You can see him try to steel himself and see the glow of his laser vision spark up, only to fade as the anguish crosses his face. Despite it all, Sersi is the woman he dearly loves and he just can't bring himself to harm her.
  • When Druig is about to leave Phastos, Phastos shakes his hand since he "knows [Druig] doesn't like hugs". Druig shakes his hand, but then suddenly pulls him in for a close hug. At this, Makkari looks down and smiles to herself.
  • Dane cares about Sersi enough that his reaction to her being kidnapped by Arishem is to claim The Ebony Blade. Slightly subverted when Blade questions his conviction.
