    The Bourne Identity
  • The first time Bourne and Marie meet. He throws a stack of banknotes at her (ten thousand dollars) and offers more in exchange for a ride to Paris. Marie, after the trouble in US embassy and seeing Bourne looking away from a passing police car, suspects Bourne for a scammer. But then Bourne asks for his money back. Marie fingers the money for a moment, and the scene cuts to Bourne and Marie, driving.
  • Bourne tries to buzz into his Paris apartment to no avail:
Marie: Looks like you're not home.
  • When Bourne enters his 'home' in France and mutters "This is my kitchen..." after seeing the insides.
  • Bourne and Marie spend a bunch of time forming a plan to get Bourne's records (as John Michael Kane) from the Hotel Regina, his last location before his failed hit. Since "Kane" is presumed dead, it's up to Marie to retrieve them. As she's walking through the lobby, we get a voiceover of Jason's instructions, including counting her steps and being within reach of the phone in the hotel lobby so she can inform Jason of a civilian and security head count. Jason (and the soundtrack) gets seriously concerned when he phones the lobby to no answer, only for Marie to show up at the phone booth, cutting off the music:
Jason: What happened? Did something go wrong?
Marie: I got the records. This guy at the front desk was smiling at me and so I thought, all this trouble, maybe it's just easier if I ask for them?
    Jason: You have the bill?
Marie: He made me a photocopy.
Jason: [completely baffled] You just asked for it?
Marie: I said I was Mr. Kane's personal assistant. [shrugs]
Jason: Oh. [beat] Ok. Good thinking. [Marie laughs]
  • "Uh, We got a bump coming up...", proceeds to drive down a set of stairs in a mini-cooper to escape Parisian police, Marie screaming the entire way.
  • The French police's very visible surrounding of the hotel where Jason and Marie were staying, which of course alerts Jason to their presence from blocks away, leading to an exasperated Conklin back at the office:
Conklin: Boy, great police work! Really brilliant! Why don't they just hang out a banner that says, "Don't come back!" Jesus Christ! What is the French word for "stakeout?"
    • When Jason orders the cabbie to stop several blocks from the hotel, he throws him a stash of money for the trouble; when Jason and Marie leave the cab in the middle of the street, the cabbie yells after him "You gave me too much!" and says they forgot their change.
  • When Jason and Marie go to the morgue to see the body of "John Michael Kane", they pay a staffer to get information, including learning that someone already came for Kane's body, until his boss comes in and demands them to leave, saying the morgue has rules and people have to sign in and out. Jason deadpans, "You're right, we didn't sign in" and goes for the registration page, shrugging off the protesting coroner ("No, it's OK, there's a pencil right here") before stiff-arming him and ripping out the page.
  • After the insane chase scene through Paris, Bourne parks the Mini very calmly in a garage, and both sit in complete, impassive silence for a very long beat before Jason states matter-of-factly, "You can never come back to this car." The Mood Whiplash is hilarious.
  • When hiding out at the home of a friend of Marie's, Marie and Jason stay overnight in the guest bedroom, with a single twin bed:
Jason: I'll sleep on the floor. [immediately hits the deck to Marie's surprise]
  • Marie's response when Jason shows up at her scooter shop in the end and asks to rent one: "You have ID?"

    The Bourne Ultimatum
  • During the NYC chase:
"Sir, he drove off the roof."
    "What?"
    "He drove off the roof!"
  • Also, Bourne calling Vosen from his own office.
    Bourne: Where are you now?
Vosen: I'm sitting in my office.
    Bourne: I doubt that.
Vosen: And why would you doubt that?
Bourne: If you were in your office right now, we'd be having this conversation face-to-face. (hangs up)
    Vosen: (Oh, Crap! look)
  • Bourne talking Ross into walking next to a guy in a blue hood... who promptly gets nabbed by the CIA. You can see Ross's expression of "What have I gotten myself into...?".
  • Sadly a scene deleted from the final film, but when Landy is discouraging Vosen and his team from gunning after Bourne for talking with Ross:
Landy: No, see, that's the mistake people keep making. A) he's really good at staying alive, and B) trying to kill him and failing just pisses him off.

    The Bourne Legacy
  • Aaron Cross is driving Dr Marta Shearing away from a squad of agents that tried to force her to shoot herself:
    Marta: What's your plan?
Aaron: I'm going to wait until another person tries to kill you, then see if they can help me.
  • Aaron's realization about how little Marta actually noticed him despite the fact that he's had thirteen visits to her over the past four years and has spent a not insignificant part of that time trying to flirt with her.
    Marta: Is that your name?
Aaron: What? James? No! You don't know my name? What do you call me? What do you put on my blood work?
    Marta: Five.
  • The drone operators assuming Aaron must be armed with some kind of anti-air weaponry, only to be corrected by their bosses.
Operator: What kind of weapon system is this guy operating?
Mandy: He's probably got a rifle.
    Operator: (gives a confused look)
    Byer: ... It's a high-powered rifle.
