Take a drink when:
- A character (human or host) takes a drink.
- "These violent delights have violent ends."
- A host is questioned one-on-one.
- A host begins to understand the truth about their situation.
- A host has a memory or otherwise acts in a way they shouldn't be able to.
- Someone has sex with a host (active or inactive). If you've seen the series before, make sure to count when Theresa sleeps with Bernard.
- One of the main hosts "dies."
- "Freeze all motor functions." Take two if it doesn't work.
- Someone mentions Arnold or Wyatt.
- Someone refers to "the maze" or "the game."
- A host attacks and/or kills a human.
- Someone puts on a hat.
- You hear an instrumental version of a modern song.
- Someone talks about choices.
- You see the aftermath of a massacre (human or host).
- Someone references "this world" or "the valley beyond."
- Someone discovers that someone they thought was human is a host.
- A host begins to glitch out.
- You see a fly.
Season 2 onward:
- Someone is afraid of or worried for Dolores.
- Two of the three main hosts (Dolores, Maeve, and Bernard) encounter each other. Take two whenever all three meet.
- Maeve uses her Compelling Voice. Take two if it doesn't work.
Season 3:
- Someone mentions Rehoboam.
- Someone's revealed to be a hologram.
Season 4:
- The tones produced by Hale's Mind-Control Device play.
- Whenever Charlotte mentions outliers within humanity.
