Reeve Carney (born April 18, 1983) is an American stage and screen actor and musician.
Born to a family of creatives (Art Carney is his granduncle), Carney dabbled in both acting and music from a young age. He released his first EP in 2004. He formed a self-titled band Carney with his brother and two friends; he also releases solo music.
Carney's appearance as Ferdinand in The Tempest (2010), directed by Julie Taymor, helped him get the role in Taymor's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark as Peter Parker, which he played for three years. He is also well-known for playing Orpheus when Hadestown debuted on Broadway. On television, he's best known for playing Dorian Gray in Penny Dreadful.
