- Da Chief: Of the LAPD.
- Good Parents: Even after a big argument and Ana-Lucia running away, Teresa still comforts her when she calls and promises to be there when she lands.
- Iron Lady: She's very professional in her role as the LAPD chief.
- Mama Bear: To Ana-Lucia, who she wants to protect and is eager to see Jason McCormack put away for good.
- Outliving One's Offspring: Sadly, this is what happens to Teresa. Ana dies on the island, although they did reconcile over the phone prior to Ana boarding the plane.
