A mischievous student that frequently finds himself in Kyoko's office.- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While he does like messing with Kyoko, when she goes into labor in "Kiki’s New Sibling!" he doesn't hesitate to get his D.I.C.E friends to help her and call Makoto. When Kyoko asks him why he's helping her, he response with:Kokichi: Because you need help. I may be a Supreme Leader, but I’m not heartless, and I never prank someone who’s already down on their luck and needs help. And for the record, I DO respect you, Vice-Headmistress. I wasn’t lying about that. So even though I’m a pain in your ass, and will continue to be when you’re better… for today, I’m going to do what I can to help you.
- Irony: A self-proclaimed Surpreme Leader becomes a police officer after graduating.
- Polyamory: As we find out in Chapter Three of "Kiki’s Dog!", he's in a three-way relationship with Tenko and Himiko. Though in "Reunion With A Former Supreme Leader!", it's more that he's in love with Himiko and that him and Tenko are Friends with Benefits.

A practitioner of Neo-Aikido that dislikes men.- Does Not Like Men: Like in canon, she shows her dislike of her male classmates and calls them "degenerate males". Through her time in Hope's Peak, she goes from disliking men to tolerating them.
- Polyamory: As we find out in Chapter Three of "Kiki’s Dog!", she's in a three-way relationship with Kokichi and Himiko. Though in "Reunion With A Former Supreme Leader!", it's more that she's in love with Himiko and that her and Kokichi are Friends with Benefits.

A stage magician that enjoys performing for children- Polyamory: As we find out in chapter three of "Kiki’s Dog!", she's in a three-way relationship with Tenko and Kokichi.

A detective-in-training who helps in his uncle's detective agency.- Security Blanket: His hat is this for him, though he does give it to Kiki to have after she got traumatized from their first case together where the culprit almost burnt her hands.
